Tarik Sujat, poet-turned-graphic designer and an entrepreneur in the field of communication art, holds his time at a
breath-less span. He studied political science. But his soul always rendered verses of his own imagination. He sailed
upstream-pursuit in poetry- and what was once an illusive obsession became his profession. Tarik came out as the first – generation graphics visualiser and founder of one of the country's premier design house- journeyman.
The second son of Tofazzal Hossain, a veteran poet of language movement repute, writer and journalist, Tarik was born on
10 September, 1965. He did his master,s degree from the University of Dhaka. Starting his career in graphics creativity by
the early 90s he gave full vigar in pursuit that has helped him earning two international awards for excellence in design and
printing.
Tarik drew his own sketch of enterprise- that ranges from interior architecture, print and digital media publications, from s
takes in printing press (One stop Rrintshop), daily newspaper (The Daily Bhorer Kagoj) to financial institution (Bay Leasing & I
nvestment Ltd), and from interior design house (journeyman-Riddhi Consortium), and monthly event magazine.

He helped founding the first advertising guild of the country (Dhaka Ad Club) and volunteered himself in sponsoring a number
of associations and bodies like National Poetry Council, United Cultural Front, and Liberation War Museum etc.
Tarik is acclaimed for both his words and works embedded in as many as five basic publications to his credit and a number of
contributions to magazines and literary syndications.
